DropBase
How it works

Terms of Service

Effective July 24, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By creating a DropBase account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use DropBase on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

What DropBase does

DropBase lets an administrator define file deliverables, invite contractors to upload them, and review the results. Uploaded files are stored in the administrator's own connected Google Drive; DropBase stores project metadata and coordinates the workflow.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Do not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service or its security.
  • Do not use DropBase to access data you are not authorized to access.

Google Drive and third-party services

Connecting Google Drive is optional and governed by our Privacy Policy and by Google's own terms. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings. DropBase requests only the least-privilege drive.file scope and manages only the files and folders it creates.

Your content

You retain all rights to the files and content you and your contractors upload. Because files live in your own Google Drive, you control their access and retention there. You grant DropBase only the permissions needed to provide the service (for example, creating folders and recording deliverables on your behalf).

Service availability and disclaimer

DropBase is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropBase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using DropBase and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
